About HR MBBS BDS Counselling 2025
For admission to all government-aided and private medical and dental educational institutions, including those under private universities such as SGT University in Budhera, Gurugram; Maharshi Markandeshwar University in Sadhopur, Ambala; and Al-Falah University in Faridabad (a minority private university), Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, is authorized to administer the Online Combined Centralized Counseling based on the Merit of NEET-UG-2025.
Who Can Apply For MBBS BDS Admission in Haryana?
Haryana NEET Counselling Eligibility (MBBS/BDS 2025):
- Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
- State Quota (Govt./Govt. Aided & Open Merit in Private Colleges): Candidate must be a bonafide resident of Haryana with a valid Haryana Residence Certificate (Annexure II, III, IV or latest applicable format).
- Management Quota: Open to candidates from all over India, regardless of domicile.
- NEET Requirement: All categories (General, SC, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, Benchmark Disabilities, ESM, FF) must meet the minimum NEET UG 2025 qualifying marks and criteria set by NMC/DCI.
- Disqualification: Candidates failing to meet NEET eligibility will not be considered.
- Document Verification: Original certificates are mandatory at verification; attested copies are not accepted, and seats will be cancelled if originals are not produced.
Counselling Rounds
The counselling process usually takes place in multiple rounds, including Mop-Up Rounds, depending on seat availability.
Round 1
- Candidates fill their choices of courses and colleges.
- Seat allotment is done based on merit, preferences, and seat availability.
- Candidates allotted a seat must report for document verification.
Round 2
- Vacant seats from Round 1 are carried forward.

Mop-Up Round

Haryana NEET UG Counselling Registration Process
The Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 begins with online registration through the official portal of DMER Haryana. This is a mandatory step for all candidates who wish to secure a seat through the counselling rounds.
Steps for Registration:
- Visit the official website – Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 portal.
- Click on ‘New Registration’.
- Accept the declaration and click on ‘Continue’.

- Click on ‘Check NEET Details’.

Merit List Preparation:

Choice Filling & Locking:
- After registration and payment, candidates must log in to fill in their preferred course and college choices.

- Once locked, the choices cannot be changed.
- Seat allotment is purely merit-based and depends on the availability of seats in the chosen category.
Seat Allotment & Reporting:
- DMER releases a seat allotment result for each round.
- Allotted candidates must download the allotment letter from the portal.
- Report to the allotted college with:
o Original documents
o Seat allotment letter
o Admission fee payment receipt
- Failure to report within the deadline will result in seat cancellation.

- Domicile/Residence Certificate of Haryana (if applicable)
- Category Certificate (SC/BC/EWS/ESM/PwD, if applicable)

- Passport-size Photographs (as per specifications)

Registration-cum-Counselling Fee (Non-refundable)
- Unreserved Category: ₹2,500
- SC / BC / EWS / PwD Category of Haryana: ₹1,250
- NRI Category: ₹10,000
Processing Fee for Institutions
- All private medical/dental colleges (including those under private universities) must pay ₹2,000 per sanctioned intake seat as counselling processing charges.

Important Notes
