Aparajita Stotra Anushthan Procedure
1. Initial Purification
• Daily in the morning, the acharyas perform bodily purification, achaman, sankalp and mantra invocation process.
• The place of worship is purified and energized using Ganga jal or Panchagavya.
2. Installation of Idol / Image / Yantra:
• The idol or image of Goddess Aparajita is installed on a red cloth.
• Simultaneously, Shodashopachar Puja is initiated.
3. Worship and Invocation of the Goddess:
• The acharyas offer sandalwood, flowers, incense, lamp, naivedya etc. with proper Anushthans.
• After this, the invocation of Goddess Aparajita is done using Vedic mantras.
4. Recitation of Aparajita Stotra:
• A fixed number of recitations of the Aparajita Stotra is done.
• The count of recitations is determined as per the seeker’s problem and resolution (sankalp).
5. Mantra Chanting:
• Chanting of the mantra in fixed numbers.
• One-tenth of the total chant count is reserved for havan.
6. Dashansh Havan Procedure:
• At the completion of the Anushthan, Dashansh Havan is performed.
• The havan materials include camphor, sesame, Navagraha Samidha, guggul, ghee, etc.
7. Purnahuti and Aarti:
• With mantras, Purnahuti is offered, followed by Aarti and praise of the goddess.
8. Apology and Peace Chanting:
• At the end of the worship, apologies for any mistakes and chanting of peace mantras.
